I am thinking about trying a low carb diet, type of like the Atkins diet but I’m going to try this on my own, not with a program. What are some very excellent low carb foods that I can eat that will keep me going in the course of the day?

I have been on a low carb diet for seven months and I’ve lost 25 lbs. I have pleateued at the exact same weight for about 3 months. you must really limit your carb intake at night. Heavy foods at night are not excellent. still eat your carbs and get pleasure from low stout. just don’t forget low stout does not usually mean its healthier for you.
