Heck yeah they work, that’s how I lost 40 pounds. I would say below 100 grams of carbs a day is a low carb diet. You cannot start off eating normal once more, what I mean is you still have to watch what you eat because that’s how you got overweight is by eating the incorrect items or too significantly of them. So you can eat nomally with carbs and stuff but just watch your total calorie intake. Keep an eye on your waist and if it starts getting too massive cut back.

Guys, I really do not want to lose weight!!!. I’m just goig back to my property country in about a week I genuinely want to eat a lot of our classic dishes, so I feel I’ll be gaining a lot of weight then. Do you know any more than-the-counter magic pills!!! that can block the stout and carbs and minimize it by 30 %.

I’m on a low carb diet plot and just in case I bought a carb blocker. I have no notion how several carbs it blocks although, or if it would ven work.

So does any person know how several grams of carbs it might block? and if it would even work?
